Parian Logistics provides corporate shared support services and third-party logistics to a group of affiliated Canadian retailers, including Urban Barn, Auld Phillips, Warehouse One, Ricki’s, Bootlegger, and cleo. Parian Logistics’ corporate support services include accounting and finance, logistics and distribution, digital marketing & e-commerce, customer service, information technology, real estate and store construction services.
Our Customer Success team is passionate about creating great experiences for customers of our partner brands through their interactions on calls, emails and live chats. They play a meaningful role in the customer experience; answering questions, problem solving, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service!
We are looking for Two (2) Customer Success Advisors, Tier One (3 Month Term) to join our team in Winnipeg over the holiday season! This position provides the highest levels of internal/external customer service by providing assistance to customers and stakeholders through phone, email and live chat support, by resolving all service and technical issues in order to grow our businesses and resolving all service concerns to foster customer loyalty. Customer Success Advisors work cross-functionally with a highly collaborative style and have the ability to influence and motivate to drive performance results.

What you’ll be a part of
Inspiring trust and confidence in the company by promoting and maintaining relationships with customers, stakeholders and associates.
Effectively responding to and resolving all customer inquiries within a timely manner.
Providing accurate and complete information to customers about products and services.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities by recommending additional products or services to customers.
Meeting or exceeding goals established by the Customer Success leadership team.
Documenting all customer service-related interactions based on established protocols and manages a detailed case management system.
Responding to, following up on, and closing all assigned customer cases, tickets and accounts.
Maintaining and updating databases with requests from customers. Effectively articulating technical information to a variety of customers.
Providing consistent quality service support assistance by adhering to brand policies, procedures, standards, and goals.Performing “ad-hoc” assignments which may include special reports, system adjustments or any other tasks, as requested.
What you bring
One year of customer service experience in a retail or call centre environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Strong customer service orientation with an understanding of retail customer service
Ability to work collaboratively with others
Comfort with computers and the ability to learn new applications and platforms
An interest in fashion with a genuine desire to help customers find great looks
Flexible availability; able to work evening, weekends and daytime shifts in an office environment
