What You Can Expect in the Role(s):
We are looking for an experienced craftsman/woman to join our Decorative Assembly team as a Decorative Assembly Craftsperson

• Manipulating decorative wood components
• Completing custom finish work on window and door units
• Using power tools to manipulate wood products.
• Reviewing work to ensure accurate and precise work.
• Maintaining schedule to ensure production stays on time.
• Complete basic maintenance on machinery.
• Reading measuring tapes

What You Bring:

• An eye for detail
• Proven Experience with finish work and decorative woodworking
• A team-orientated spirit
• Open to feedback and coaching
• Experience using power tools & working with wood
• Able to read and understand cutting bills, blueprints and product diagrams
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
