PARC communities are inspiring spaces, where residents come not just to live – but to live a better life, with a vibrant community of like-minded people. Our retirement residences are premium communities in central locations. - Being responsible for all contract fulfillment with sponsorships and events. Following up throughout the year with event or sponsorship point people to keep all contracts up to date and executed is an extremely important part of this role.
- Working closely with the Marketing Manager to review any new requests or changes to events or sponsorships.
- Updating new and ongoing event information with sales or operations teams as needed.
- Liaising with sponsorship point people and vendors to ensure appropriate invoicing and process is followed.

- Developing event documentation required for each event including event details, work orders and budget allowances. Preparing post-event summaries.
- Meaningful work. How many hospitality jobs can say that? At PARC, you’ll be making a positive difference in seniors’ lives, each and every day.
- A supportive, diverse team and training opportunities. We believe in giving our people opportunities to advance wherever we can.
- High-value benefits. We offer Extended Health, Vision, Dental, Life, AD&D and Disability Insurance, plus an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), to help protect your health, family and way of life. Plus: birthdays off with pay, parental top-ups and much more!
- You have previously worked in an event activation environment. Marketing mindset and event coordination experience would be considered an asset.

- You bring strong project coordinating skills with stakeholders at all levels (including senior executives), as well as partners, event customers and point people.
- You are creative and resourceful in generating new ideas and problem-solving issues.
- You have a strong ability to manage multiple tasks on time and within budget.
