As a Field Marketing Manager you will:

• Recruit, develop and remove obstacles for your field marketing team
• Reach individual and company goals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis by leading by example
• Paid for performance, write your own pay check
• Learn the true potential of door to door and have fun doing it!
• Book in-home consultations - no sales training needed, entering home not required
• Build a solid sales acumen foundation

• You would come prepared for your interview by doing some preliminary research as this is for a leadership role

• High school diploma secured
• No industry-specific experience required, but bonus marks if you do
