What you’ll be doing:

We are seeking a Financial Coordinator with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of our organization by analyzing financial data, coordinating budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This role requires a proactive problem solver who thrives on taking initiative and delivering results with minimal supervision.

• Financial Planning & Analysis:
  • Prepare, monitor, and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Data Management & Reporting:

• • Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Prepare and present financial summaries to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
  • Ensure timely submission of internal and external reports.
• Process Coordination & Compliance:
  • Coordinate and improve financial workflows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on relevant financial regulations and ensure company compliance.
  • Collaborate with departments to align financial processes with organizational goals.
• Problem Solving & Critical Thinking:
  • Assess and resolve financial issues independently, escalating when necessary.
  • Evaluate current systems and suggest improvements or innovative solutions.
• Project Support:
  • Assist in financial planning for projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with budgets.
  • Manage ad-hoc tasks and projects related to financial operations

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial coordination, analysis, or similar roles.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a results-driven mindset.
• Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs.
