We’re looking for a talented Finance Customer Success Specialist who doesn’t shy away from tackling financial processes and customer support in the areas of money movement and risk management. You will report directly to our Money Movement team lead and will be responsible for overseeing daily client payment transactions, assessing risk, managing non-sufficient funds (NSF) situations, and providing exceptional customer service. You will report directly to our Finance Operations Manager.
