Company Overview:
We are a leading financial advisory firm specializing in life and health insurance as well as investment products. We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Associate Advisor to join our team and assist with managing and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Client Support:
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities for life and health insurance, as well as investment accounts and products.
• Attend client meetings with Advisors, taking compliant and detailed notes.
• Assist clients with application completion and form submissions.
• Prepare and send client summaries and communications.
• Collaborate with Advisors to develop and present comprehensive financial plans.
• Manage client communication to gather required documentation and provide ongoing support.

Client Relationship Management:

• Support Advisors in nurturing relationships with top clients, including follow-ups and appointment scheduling.
• Manage reports, database analytics, and ensure all compliance requirements are met.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Conduct client reviews as the sole advisor when needed.
• Prepare investment comparisons, illustrations, and Reasons Why Letters.
• Manage Continuing Education (CE) credit requirements for professional designations.
• Actively participate in monthly team meetings and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications:

• Life License Qualification Program (LLQP).
• Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC) or Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• Financial industry experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience:

• Previous experience in banking, investment, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of investment products and insurance.
