Job Description
The Opportunity:
As a Global Sourcing assistant, you support the development of new styles and grow in a fast-paced environment! Working together with the Global Sourcing Specialist, The Global Sourcing Assistant exchanges information daily with vendors and our Hong Kong office.
What you’ll do:

• Maintains and organizes booking plan and roll out.
• Tracks and accesses weekly factory production status reports/approvals (WIP)
• Adheres to T&A calendar, responsible for proto
• Follows up on tech-packs and respects key dates
• Understands compliances rules.
• Manages inbound and outbound packages

Qualifications
Who you are:

• College degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year related experience.
• Solid knowledge of Excel.
• Experience in retail environment is considered an asset.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Must be detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Bilingual in both spoken and written English and French.
