We are looking for a dynamic Growth Manager to drive brand development, customer acquisition, and expansion strategies across various digital and physical platforms. This role is key in helping Nutratology achieve its vision of becoming a household name in Canada.
Position Overview:
The Growth Manager will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, enhance brand awareness, and boost customer loyalty. This individual will collaborate across departments, manage creative direction, optimize product launches, and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development
- Define and implement Nutratology’s long-term brand vision in alignment with company goals and values.
- Develop strategies to drive brand awareness and loyalty, helping Nutratology become a leading name in Canada’s dietary supplement market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms.
- Conduct ongoing research into market trends, customer insights etc.
- Use research insights to adjust branding and product positioning, ensuring a competitive edge.
- Identify potential new product opportunities and plan for future launches.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Work with external vendors, such as manufacturing partners and compliance companies, to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure assets align with Nutratology’s brand strategy.
- Utilize split testing and experiments to optimize listings and marketing content for performance.
- Lead product launch strategies, including messaging, creative direction, and visibility campaigns.
- Work with marketing teams to layer in PPC strategies and ensure optimized product listings with SEO and high-quality visuals.
- Maintain Nutratology’s brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and engaging customer experience.
- Regularly assess brand performance through data analytics, making adjustments to campaigns based on performance insights.
- Collaborate with the Customer Support and Marketing teams to continuously enhance customer experience and satisfaction, helping to build lasting brand loyalty.
- Assist in overseeing Nutratology’s marketplace expansion, ensuring compliance with regional regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manage product listings to optimize performance across various platforms.
- Help assess and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for growth and margin improvement.
- Proven experience in a growth marketing, brand management, or e Commerce role, ideally within the health and wellness industry.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, SEO best practices, and e Commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience selling on or managing third party marketplace sales channels (Amazon, Walmart etc.)
