The Opportunity
We are looking for a Hotel Manager to join our team at the Waldorf Hotel. The ideal candidate will have a sincere passion for hospitality and upscale service.
What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service.
• Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.
• Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies.
• Establish work schedules.
• Enforce policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
• Assist clients/guests with special needs.
• Ability to supervise and direct staff.
• Oversee merchandise sales on-site and online.
• Manage night audit team to ensure balanced cash out for venues on-site, on a daily basis.

What You Have

• Must have a minimum of 1-2 years hotel management/ Supervisor experience.
• Previous experience in a management position and proven ability to manage and maintain the highest service standards.
• Service-focused personality is essential.
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada to be considered.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
