Installation/Service Technician

Damar Security Systems, one of the largest independent integrated security providers in Canada, is currently seeking a Service/Installation Technician to join our team of field service professionals reporting out of our Brantford, ON office. The primary working territory includes but is not limited to Brantford, Cambridge, Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, Woodstock, Guelph, Paris, London.

Our field service teams provide front line installation, service and customer support for our intrusion, card access, video and monitoring solutions. Members of our field services team are highly organized, passionate about protecting property and saving lives, thrive working both independently and as a team to provide the best customer experience in the industry. Preference will be given to applicants that have previous field experience in the security alarm industry, experience using Sedona office, those in possession of existing technical certifications (DMP, AXIS, Open Eye, Alarm.com, DSC) and those possessing safety/operator certifications (Working at Heights, EWP, WHMIS). A high level of competence in computer software operation (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and working in a clients network or cloud environment is required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
