Interior Design Project Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an Interior Design Project Manager to join our dynamic, collaborative, and fun-loving team. You will plan, organize, and oversee a variety of interior design projects from start to finish, ensuring our clients’ vision comes to life with exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee projects from inception to completion, collaborating with clients, designers, architects, contractors, and vendors to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and objectives, while managing necessary resources to achieve success.
- Coordinate and lead project meetings, communicate updates, and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and approvals.
- Conduct site visits to oversee installations, ensure quality, and adhere to design specifications and industry standards.
- Facilitate clear and transparent communication among stakeholders, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
- Proactively address challenges, mitigate risks, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing project requirements and unforeseen challenges.
- 3-5 years of experience in interior design, including high-end commercial or residential projects (an asset).
- 3+ years of experience with Auto CAD and proficiency in 3D rendering (an asset).
- Proven project management experience, with a diploma in Interior Design or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Hub Spot, Photoshop, MS Office, and Programma.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think big-picture while working with multi-million-dollar clients.
- Flexibility for potential travel within Canada and the US; a valid passport is essential.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering projects of the highest quality.
- A customer-focused mindset dedicated to fostering long-term relationships with clients.
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $56,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
