What you’ll do:

• Assist in the implementation of I4.0 technologies such as Io T (Internet of Things) sensors, data analytics, and automation systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support the deployment of lean and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve engineering challenges.
• Conduct data analysis to track progress and measure the impact of improvements.
• Contribute to cost-saving projects and support their successful execution.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of lean principles and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
• This position does not offer relocation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
