About the Opportunity
Primary responsibilities include daily transactional processing of Accounts Payable and Receivable transactions including but not limited to:

Purchase Order processing
Vendor invoices and inquires
Vendor statement reconciliations
Electronic payments and deposits
Daily receipts and payments
Reconciliation of multiple bank accounts - Parent and Subsidiaries
Assists the Manager with performing monthly closing procedures including making journal entries, reviewing sub-ledger / general ledgers and preparing reports
Customer invoice billings and inquires
Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documentation
Lead and update weekly cash flow meetings
Timely communication between customer / vendor / internal emails
Timely deliverable of month-end routines
Assist and coordinate with management for special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required
