Junior Ad Specialist

Have you recently graduated from college or university, interested in a career in digital marketing and fluently bilingual?
We are a digital advertising agency based in Ottawa with a solid client base. Our business is growing, and we are looking for a super-achiever that is ready to start a career in the fast-paced digital marketing industry.
Under the direction of a senior digital ad specialist, you will learn how to set up and manage digital ad campaigns, as well as implement and analyze tracking metrics for our clients. You are the type of person that learns quickly, but does not take shortcuts in his/her work. This position is very detail-oriented and requires critical thinking at the same time.

Really nice to have
  • Google Ads and/or Google Analytics Certification
  • Degree in a digital marketing field
  • Basic programming knowledge
  • Facebook Ads experience
The Role
  • Strategy, set up and management of client campaigns on Google and other platforms
  • Accurate set up of goals and metrics as required and monitoring of data quality
  • Day to day management and optimization of assigned accounts
  • Analysis, and accurate reporting of key metrics with insightful analysis of performance trends
  • Report writing
  • Collaboration on special projects as required

Expected hours: 20 – 37.5 per week
