Today is the day to boost your career! Pinchin is seeking a Laboratory Analyst to join the Asbestos Laboratory Group in the Mississauga office. The Laboratory Analyst will be responsible for providing lab analysis to Pinchin.
A Day in the life of a Laboratory Analyst at Pinchin:

• Perform analysis of building materials and insulation samples for asbestos content by Polarized Light Microscopy
• Enter data and prepare reports

What you bring to the Pinchin team:

• Bachelor of science degree in geology, biology or microbiology or a college diploma in science field
• Strong background in laboratory procedures and/or microscopy
• Ability to differentiate the full spectrum of visible colour
• Knowledge of Polarized Light Microscopy and Optical Mineralogy will be considered as asset
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) will be considered an asset
• Ability to work in a busy environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
