Coverstar Canada is a market leader in the automatic safety pool cover industry, we are a growing company in a fast growing industry. We sell and install across Canada and are looking to add to our team.
Position Summary
We are looking for a new Lead installer with a proven track record of success. We are wanting to grow our group of technicians and are willing to completely train someone in a new field. The successful candidate will be responsible for Installing and repairing automatic swimming pool covers, Swimming pool industry experience is a plus but not a must.
Company Benefits
Salary: $45,000 to $55,000 per year
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

- Construction experience preferred, but not a must.
- Swimming Pool industry experience preferred, but not a must.

- Install and repair automatic safety pool covers.
- Maintain and enforce standards of cleanliness and organization in assigned trucks, equipment, job sites, and shop
- Ensure that all work activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner
- Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner
- Other Duties as assigned or required as the business continues to grow.
- High school eduction
- Capable of operating tools in a safe and responsible manner
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, with clean abstract
- Speak, read, and write English
- All tools will be provided by company
- Vehicle for daily job sites provided
- Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and materials
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold
Salary: $45,000 to $55,000 per year
