As Paid Media & Partnership Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development, execution, and optimization of quarterly media campaigns. You will be responsible for ensuring paid media projects are successfully planned and aligned with other parts of the business while contributing to the growth of the company objectives via paid media strategies.

As part of the digital team, you will be responsible to for the day-to-day management of digital marketing campaigns with the purpose of growing awareness of non-combusted alternatives (“NCAs”) for legal age nicotine users. You will be working with an agile, consumer centric digital team to test/learn/optimize how to continuously improve our paid media mix. You will be working with internal and external partners to grow digital acquisition channels to generate brand awareness. You will be leaned on to use data-focused insight, to help optimize and deliver on performance based KPI's. You will use strong project management to make sure deadline are met and stakeholders are informed while navigating through a highly regulated industry

You will be accountable for:

  • Leading the execution of digital channels acquisition and partnerships, growing brand awareness with clear KPIs and using data centric approach to constantly learn and adapt to the new external and legal environment.
  • Discovering and experimenting with new platforms to drive growth and capture untapped adult smoker audiences. You will identify platforms spanning across multiple categories to generate awareness as well as platforms suitable for re-targeting.
  • Developing legal age consumer journey understanding as well as brands to create the right media mix with a clear call to action.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders, especially Consumer Journey, to ensure right content and appropriate reporting and ensuring data privacy teams and data control measures are in place.
  • Developing the campaign plans, seeking internal approval, and ensuring smooth execution. You analyze campaign results, report on key metrics, and constantly optimize existing (if needed) as well as future campaigns based on data driven learnings.
  • Compiling and delivering all the necessary tracking for external reporting. Your responsibility will be to develop deep understanding of consumer journey as well as brands so the content development is aligned and provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders.

YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE

  • College or University Degree related to e-Commerce, Computer Sciences, Business Studies or other relevant field
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a multi-channel expert across Paid Display, affiliate performance marketing, and Retargeting channels,
  • Have worked with or for an agency that has used affiliate tracking tools/DCM/Google Analytics/Data studio/worked with a DMP
  • Strong project management and delivering execution excellence
  • Expertise in developing paid acquisition channel strategies for growth with a data-focused mentality.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms, a track record of distilling actionable insights from data

For this position, the salary range is between $92,610 to $103,700 based on the level of experience plus a variable compensation based on performance.
