Line Cook
Acquafarina is a Michelin Guide fine dining establishment in the heart of downtown nestled on West Georgia Street that specializes in modern Italian cuisine made from scratch! Specialized cocktails, all-season outdoor dining, and private dining offer an exquisite culinary experience. We are currently seeking Line Cooks -specializing in Pasta to complete our back of the house Team!
Responsibilities

Food preparation and presentation, ensuring quality standards are met.
Guest service remains a priority and issues are dealt with in a professional a timely manner.
Effectively communicate to the Executive Chef and Sous Chef for smooth operations.
Ensure Health and safety guidelines and quality control are followed according to sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.

Requirements

1+ years of previous experience in a similar environment
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Food Safety Certification
Must be available evening, weekends, and holidays.

· Experience in Italian and Spanish cuisine is an asset but not necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $19-21/hour, plus tips
