Regional Cafe Manager

Italian inspired café Ciclo Espresso is currently seeking a Café Regional Manager to be part of a dynamic, growing business with lots of opportunity to make an impact. The ideal candidate loves creating exceptional guest experiences, a great cup of coffee, and leading a team to peak performance.
Responsibilities
- Professional and Personable: is an expert in their field.
- Excellent, well- spoken communicator effectively communicate with guests, managers, and other members of the team.
- Oversee all aspects of café operations for all locations, opening new stores, managing staff operations, ordering supplies, maintaining cleanliness, tracking finances, and scheduling
- Must be familiar with Tock and Squirrel systems
- Must have Flexibility/Adaptability: adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions.
- Ability to thrive with new challenges and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- At least 3 + years of previous Management experience in a restaurant/ preparing coffee and food in a similar hospitality environment managing multiple locations.
- Professional appearance and excellent communications skills.
- Punctual and reliable team player with superior interpersonal skills.

Pay: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
