At our Cascades in Winnipeg, MB you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging division of our team as the Logistics Coordinator:
- Ensure trailer availability and manage deliveries for smooth operations.
- Plan and schedule inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with third-party carriers for live load appointments.
- Maintain records of deliveries, manage paperwork, and ensure invoicing is accurate using SAP software.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding delivery timelines and collaborate to solve logistics challenges.
- Contribute to inventory management and support warehouse operations, ensuring timely deliveries to satellite warehouses.

You too, will put forward your strengths:
- 1+ year(s) of logistics experience and customer service background required.
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems preferred, with strong skills in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to manage logistics issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector or knowledge of lean manufacturing is an asset.
