The Role:
Our industry leading Client Relations team is currently looking to expand our leadership team. We are looking for a highly motivated, committed and knowledgeable individual to join our leadership team who would be reporting to Senior Manager – Client Relations. The successful Client Relations Manager candidate will lead a team of inbound Senior Client Relations Representatives (Senior CRR’s) and be responsible for supporting their achievement, growth and development.

- in coaching activities, including side by side coaching, call evaluations and silent monitoring. Working closely with the rest of the leadership team and other departments to achieve departmental and divisional goals.

  • Strong knowledge of financial services industry products, services, procedures and policies ideally in mutual funds,
  • Ability to analyze situations, diagnosis problems, develop and implement creative solutions
  • Post secondary education and 2-5 years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Successful completion of CSC/IFIC, is an asset
