Our Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Manager, Production Process is responsible for overseeing the production process of our core subscriptions and ensuring the final reports are delivered to our clients on time with the expected quality.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production process for core subscriptions and manage a team of Analysts, ensuring resources and schedules are in place to meet 6-8 delivery milestones annually.
- Monitor and manage production schedules, ensuring data is received and reports are produced on time, while liaising with Relationship Managers for client follow-ups.
- Continuously improve the production process using lean and Six Sigma methodologies, staying up-to-date on technology to enhance efficiency. Identify opportunities to deploy new or existing tools (including RPA) to automate workflows and communications as much as possible.
- Develop expertise in the company’s products, take ownership of some delivery tasks, and work with record keepers.
- Provide coaching to the Analyst team, identifying and implementing performance improvements to build a high performing team.
- Seek opportunities for process improvements in the communication processes, collaborating with other CEMers as needed, to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Set and achieve team KPIs and OKRs aligned with CEM’s overall annual objectives and goals.
You Bring:
- A personal desire to make a difference in the financial well-being of pensioners.
- 5-7 years of experience in financial services. Preference will be given to candidates with in-depth knowledge of the pension industry.
- Black belt in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodology with proven experience improving complex production processes in financial services.
- Strong project management skills to create, monitor, and adjust production schedules.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for liaising with clients, the Client Coverage team, and other team members.
- Leadership and coaching experience to guide and develop a high-performing team of Analysts.
- Experience in deploying technologies that enables teams to improve accuracy, reduce cycle times and improve the work-life of the teams
- Data analysis and reporting skills to ensure the accurate production and delivery of reports.
- Experience in setting and achieving tactical KPIs and OKRs to meet operational goals.
