The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging data to drive marketing strategies and support business development initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, data analysis, and statistical software to provide actionable insights that enhance our marketing efforts. The successful candidate must be legally entitled to work in Canada and reside in Saskatchewan.
The salary range for this position is $61,181 to $76,458 based on qualifications and experience.

- Conduct comprehensive data collection and analysis to identify market trends and consumer behavior.
- Utilize statistical software such as SPSS, R, and SQL to analyze large datasets and generate reports.
- Develop visualizations using Tableau to present findings in an easily digestible format for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development strategies through data-driven insights.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing research findings, market conditions, and competitive analysis.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies that can enhance marketing strategies.
- Proven experience in data analysis within a marketing context is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R) and data visualization tools (Power Bi, Tableau).
- Familiarity with SQL for database querying is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience in business development or market research is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and basic coding (E.g., HTML, CSS, Java Script).
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Proven success working in a collaborative and team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $61,181.00-$76,458.00 per year
