About Us:
Home Service Business Coach is actively recruiting for a part time marketing assistant to join our fast growing company. We specialize in working with small home service businesses and giving them the tools, systems, and coaching to create more time and income from their business. We have built a solid brand and are looking for an all star with a proven track record to keep us organized as we continue to grow.
The Position:

• This position is a hybrid position with administrative and marketing tasks and this position is remote for someone living in Canada or the United States
• Overseeing all of our brand social channels including: Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Tik Tok, Podcast, and Youtube channels
• Collaborating with our Graphic Designer to ensure all social media brand channels are professional and educational
• Managing member monthly payments and following up with members for failed payments
• Overseeing all social media channels for Home Service Business Coach
• Handling accounts payable and paying all invoices regularly and on time
• Managing our company email inbox and replying to emails in a professional and timely manner
• Overseeing weekly email company newsletter that goes out to all our prospects
• Managing our Podcast & Youtube schedule - 1x per week episode
• Other tasks on an 'as needed' basis to take off the plate of the executive team
• You will report directly to the company Managing Director

Who You Are:

• You are super organized, very task-oriented, and you don't drop any balls
• You have strong command of the English language
• You have managed social media channels before
• You have a proven track record of working in a small business with marketing & operational tasks
• You are very adaptable - you don't like working in a large and structured environment - you are okay with change!
• You dislike being micromanaged
• You are an A+ employee looking for a career where you can grow
• You are excited to assistant the key leaders in the company and make their lives easier

Commitment: Approximately 20 hours per week to start. Opportunity to grow into more hours as the brand continues to grow
Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour.
