We are now looking for a marketing leader who will reinforce Kryton’s position as a leader in the concrete industry, who will help us craft our corporate strategy as part of the Kryton executive team and who will lead our marketing department to drive our global go-to-market strategy.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Kryton International, a highly respected and successful world innovator in concrete waterproofing and durability solutions, is seeking a new MARKETING MANAGER. Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the Marketing Manager is responsible for the success of Kryton’s products and brand promises in the marketplace. The Marketing Manager will execute Kryton’s global marketing and demand generation programs, with a focus on driving high-quality leads, exceeding pipeline, and revenue goals, and driving brand awareness for Kryton solutions within the global concrete and construction sector. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the marketing team in the completion of their goals and objectives.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate has proven experience in a hands-on Marketing Manager role. They have a strong creative sense and experience in leading internal teams and stakeholder relationships. They are skilled in CRM-driven, audience-focused communications, and understand ethical data practices. They have successfully led and implemented membership and event marketing campaigns. Their digital marketing skills are well-developed, and they have experience in targeted social media communications, content management systems, and email marketing tools. The Marketing Manager sets the tone for the Company’s corporate and product messaging, delivering a compelling value proposition and driving demand for the array of Smart Concrete™ products.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for marketing strategy and budgets, demand generation, content and marketing communications, channel marketing, brand/PR, metrics and KPI, employee development and leadership.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience:

• Proven experience in a hands-on Marketing Manager role.
• Strong creative sense – know what’s good design and copy and be able to feedback in line with this.
• Experience managing an internal team.
• Experience in building and developing relationships with a range of stakeholders and a demonstrable ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with groups and individuals with differing perspectives and agendas.
• Demonstrable experience collaborating effectively with internal and external teams; a consummate team player.
• Experience in working closely with CRM systems to ensure targeted, audience-focused communications and an understanding of the effective and legal use of customer data.
• Experience managing budgets.
• Significant experience in membership and/or stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in leading, running, and implementing successful membership and/or event marketing campaigns.
• Experience in delivering targeted digital communications, utilizing a range of social media platforms, together with experience of using content management systems and bulk email systems (e.g. to update web pages).
• Advantage:
  • Professional/academic qualifications in communications, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Previous marketing experience in the Construction Industry and working in B2B
