Position Summary:
As a Medical Office Assistant (MOA) at WELL Health Hemorrhoid Treatment Centres, you will play a key role in supporting the clinic's daily operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of patient care. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to provide exceptional service to our patients, helping them navigate their treatment journey with ease and comfort. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to compassionate patient care in a fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing:
  • Welcoming patients and ensuring they are comfortable during their visit
  • Managing patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments and follow-ups
  • Preparing and maintaining patient charts and medical records
  • Assisting with minor clinical tasks, such as preparing treatment rooms
  • Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and processing faxes
  • Supporting physicians and administrative duties as needed
  • Handling patient billing, payment processing, and insurance claims
  • Ensuring the clinic is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations


You have: Experience in a medical office is an asset.
