Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mixer to join our team in the food industry. As a Mixer, you will play a crucial role in the production process, contributing to the creation of delicious and visually appealing food items.
Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix ingredients according to specified recipes and production schedules.
• Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations.
• Operate mixing equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Assist in packaging finished products for distribution.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and delivery of items.
• Maintain inventory of ingredients and report any shortages or discrepancies.
• Participate in cake decorating as needed, showcasing creativity and attention to detail.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries related to food products.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in roles such as cook or kitchen staff, is preferred.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
• Experience in cake decorating is a plus, demonstrating creativity and skill in presentation.
• Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
