The Production Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of the production team, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating production schedules, and implementing best practices to optimize productivity.
Duties

• Supervise and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, fostering a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members, providing constructive feedback and coaching as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and resolve any operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including output levels, quality control measures, and equipment maintenance.
• Train new employees on production procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.

Skills

• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
• Previous experience in food industry or bakery.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making to address challenges that arise during the production process.
