Musical Performance In Person

We are looking for a musician to perform about 15 to 30 minutes of positive/uplifting music during our youth event on Sunday October 27 2024 event begins at 2:30pm EDT.
This a youth event at University of Guelph campus, University Centre building, Peter Clark Hall where we will discuss changing our mindset towards positivity. Event held by charity, Centre for Conscious Awareness - Canada in affiliation with The African Student Association - Uof G.
This is a great opportunity for youth musicians to gain performance experience in a positive environment.
Location:

Peter Clark Hall, University Centre Building, 50 Stone Road East, University of Guelph, Guelph, Ontario, N1G 2W1

Note: Preference may be given to youth (15 to 30 years old) to help them grow their experience and profile.
Duration of employment

October 27 2024 to October 27 2024

Compensation

$125 honorarium and a reference
Includes complimentary light dinner and welcome to participate in all event activities

About Us
We are a Canadian registered charity that focuses on teaching stress management and meditation to the public. We service primarily seniors. We have a strong focus on community service in our meditation teaching activities and have taught at the Bernard Betel Centre (Seniors’ Centre), North York Women's Shelter, 416 Community Support for Women, Ryerson University - Internationally Trained Medical Doctors (ITMD) Bridging Program, Nexus Youth in Mississauga (Youth Drop-in Counselling Centre), Ryerson University MBA program and the Canadian National Institute for the Blind - to list a few.
