Metal Roofing & Siding Experts Inc is seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Rep to join our team in Western Canada. As an Outside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients, and closing sales deals for our metal roofing and siding products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets, ability to identify win-back opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to travel within Western Canada to meet with clients and attend industry events
- Valid driver's license, company vehicle provided
- Knowledge of metal roofing and siding products is a plus
