Overview
We are seeking a skilled graphic prepress operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop knowledge and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. PLEASE NOTE that there is little or no creative design work involved in this job. We are simply checking for color output, checking for fonts, size and assuring ideal output using our laser and sublimation machines.
Duties

• Check every file for color accuracy, fonts, size
• Create digital mockup for client approval
• Test physical output using print machines
• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.
• Package finished products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience using Adobe Creative Suite
• Proven experience in prepress room and manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand and operate various types of machinery.

MUST HAVE:

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Ability to work in a team environment and coordinate with other team mates for the successful completion of the job
• Open to work long hours and be available to work in weekends as required.
