Position: Production Supervisor – Days or Afternoon shift
Location: Markham, ON
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
Status: Permanent Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the production team, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Ensure production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols followed
- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to schedules and targets.
- Maintain high standards of product quality and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Identify and resolve production issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency and workflow.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
- 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work on a STRAIGHT DAYS or AFTERNOON SHIFT
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with production software.
