Position: Maintenance Coordinator - Days
Location: Vaughan, ON
Salary: $25 - $27 per hour (depending on experience)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for scheduling and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal downtime, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive maintenance (PM) activities and repairs to ensure continuous operation of machinery and equipment.
• Manage maintenance requests and prioritize breakdown repairs to minimize production interruptions.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and HVAC system issues.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement as needed.
• Performs all other duties.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or equivalent required; technical certification in a relevant field is preferred.
• 2 years related maintenance experience in a maintenance coordination.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical industrial spare parts is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment, including experience with preventive maintenance.
• Familiarity with using and maintaining a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities is required.
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
