Service Master Restore of Edmonton has been in operation for 20 years specializing in emergency and reconstruction service to homes, businesses and industrial properties such as Fire, Smoke, Water, Sewage, Bio/Trauma, Vehicle Impacts, etc.

Position Overview
- Highly organized self-starter who is able to work independently
- Patience in working with a diverse clientele
- Personable with ability to effectively communicate both in verbal and written form
- Confident in the decision making process
- Able to work with limited supervision
- Approachable and sensitive to diverse situations
- Exceptional telephone and email etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations and work well under pressure and tight timelines
- Efficiently multi-task job planning, execute decisions and problem solve complex tasks
- Effectively work with customers, adjusters, sub-contractors and employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to prioritize and meet all assigned time lines
- Acquiring estimates from sub-trades
- Scanning and filing all invoices, time sheets and information related to each file
- Completing estimates for each claim including sketches, determining line items and costs
- Sending invoices to adjusters and insured’s
- Aiding with accounts receivable collections on files as required
- Collecting work Authorizations and Completion Certificates
- Scheduling appointments for subs-trades, shop staff and Project Managers to ensure work is completed
- High volumes of data entry to update and manage internal and external databases which includes Encircle and Xactanalysis
- Reception coverage
- Flexible to work overtime (including evenings and weekends) as required
- 3 - 5 year’s work experience in an intermediate to senior administrative support capacity
- Business Administration Diploma, Project Management Certification, or related certificate is an asset
- Exceptional skills in Microsoft office programs including Word, Outlook and Excel. Certification in Advanced Excel will be considered an asset
- Extensive data entry experience with a high degree of accuracy
- A solid understanding of the accounting billing cycle
- Clear understanding of construction terminology will be considered an asset
- Previous work in the insurance industry, construction, restoration or mechanical industry is a definite asset
