This role will support our current infrastructure of designers, salespeople and
Operations. The focus for us is the client first. We have worked hard over the last 30
years to build our reputation by being focused on our customer’s needs. We make sure
we understand what is required and then design and build to suit. Pride of ownership is
important in this role as you will have a direct impact on the final products that are being
created.

Experience
 Bachelors degree or Diploma strongly preferred
 Background in fixtures, retail activation and point of sale production is an asset
 Strong background in Excel, Outlook and Project Management Software
(Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday etc.)
 Good Analytical problem solving skills
 Working knowledge of millwork, metal fabrication and graphics is an asset
Key Responsibilities & Duties
 Organization and Coordination
 Coordinate Internal Project Meetings: Agendas, Meeting Minutes, Update
Project Management Software (Asana) with up to date info.
 Produce Project Management Tasks: Tracking sheets, budgets, production
sheets between third party vendors.
 Key support in project administration tasks: Labelling for all major projects,
inventory management, creating documents or presentations.
 Shipping coordination: Communicate with Logistics coordinator on all
shipments across Canada/USA
 Project Management
 Support with the creation of project timelines, planning and budgeting
 Ensure follow ups with vendors/suppliers are completed within given time
frames
 Identify and manage risks as they come up
 Travel to vendors for weekly check-ins may be required. Valid G license is
required for this position.
 Communication
 Strong communication with clients, stakeholders and key vendors through
phone call, email and Asana updates.
Note:
 This is a Full-time in office position.
 Compensation will be commensurate with experience and expertise.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,812.12-$72,110.22 per year
