We are seeking a highly engaged, driven and experienced real estate professional with exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate is not afraid of taking on new challenges and strives for excellence.
Job Duties:

• Preparation of annual property budgets, coordination of approvals and timely distribution to stakeholders;
• Review of capital expenditures and funding requirements;
• Contract management, including tracking of expiries, renewals and tendering;
• Prepare Special Assessment analyses and recommendations;
• Regular review of financial statements and tracking of performance;
• Liaise regularly with property management, accounting and operations teams;
• Reforecasting and ad hoc analyses as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting;
• 3+ years of real estate experience, preferably in Asset Management;
• Previous experience with budgeting and financial analysis;
• Advanced Excel proficiency;
• Experience with Yardi Yoyager is preferred;
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills;
• Highly organized and able to efficiently handle multiple priorities;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to complete assignments with limited supervision;
• Aptitude for fostering teamwork and achieving shared goals;
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
