Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Receiving and Serving Clients at the office entrance, welcoming guests, and providing information about our services.
- Managing Phone Calls and email correspondence, handling client inquiries, and directing them to appropriate specialists.
- Organizing and Coordinating Meetings and consultations for clients with travel consultants.
- Maintaining Documentation and managing client records in the CRM system.
- Handling Bookings for tours, flights, hotels, and other services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all operations.
- Maintaining Order in the workspace and ensuring a comfortable atmosphere for clients and employees.
- Assisting in the Preparation of Marketing Materials and supporting administrative tasks as needed.
- Collecting and Analyzing Customer Feedback to improve the quality of provided services.
- Experience as a receptionist or in customer service for at least 1 year, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills and the ability to interact with different categories of clients.
- Proficiency in English at least Upper-Intermediate level for effective communication with international clients. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
- Organization and Attention to Detail, ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
- Experience with CRM Systems and office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to Work in a Team and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
- Flexibility and Adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Higher Education in tourism, hospitality, or related fields is an advantage.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
