About Us:
We are a well-established automotive and tire shop that has proudly served the community of Aldergrove fro many years. With multiple locations in operation, we are seeking a friendly and dependable full-time Receptionist to join our team at our Aldergrove location.
Position Overview:
As a Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of the location, playing a key role in creating a positive customer experience. You will manage incoming calls, interact with clients, handle invoicing, and process payments, ensuring seamless operations. Automotive knowledge is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Schedule appointments and handle customer inquiries
• Create and manage invoices accurately
• Process customer payments, including cash, credit/debit, and other forms of payment
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in computer systems and basic invoicing software
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Customer-focused attitude
• Automotive knowledge is also an asset
