Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
About Us:
We are a well-established automotive and tire shop that has proudly served our community for over 20 years. With a loyal customer base and a reputation for quality service, we are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a full-time Receptionist at our Delta location.
Position Overview:
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing phone calls, greeting clients, handling invoices, and processing payments. Automotive knowledge preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and manage incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Schedule appointments and handle customer inquiries
  • Create and manage invoices accurately
  • Process customer payments, including cash, credit/debit, and other forms of payment
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems and basic invoicing software
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Automotive knowledge is also an asset

Flexible language requirement:
  • French not required
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Every Weekend
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
