RECEPTIONIST – Extendicare

This position is for our West End Villa home located in Ottawa, ON.

What you’ll be doing:

Presents and promotes a positive image of business office and the facility to residents, family, guests, outside services and community.
Answers telephone and place outgoing calls sand conducts facility tours.
Performs clerical work and maintain records as required and performs clerical work as assigned from all Department Managers.
Maintain the inventory of office supplies, forms and equipment.
Handle payments from families, sell meal tickets, distribute pay statements.
Adhere to established department policies and procedures regarding quality assurance, fire, safety, environment, and infection control.

What you bring:

Business Administration Diploma preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Knowledge in Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable. What you’ll get:
