Recovery Care Worker, Mission (Permanent, Full-Time)

If you have related work or volunteer experience and can successfully set healthy boundaries with demanding individuals and those in crisis, this might be a great opportunity for you.
This position is responsible for assisting in the care of women, who enter the Recovery Program at Lydia Home by ensuring they have a safe and clean place to find direction and assistance. You will be helping with meal preparation, participating in induction and orientation processes, and preparing rooms for new residents, as well as performing a wide variety of other duties. As this is a ministry position, personal knowledge, and experience of the saving work of Jesus Christ is a prerequisite.
You will frequently deal with clients in crisis situations, brought about by diverse problems. There will be other staff nearby to assist as required.
The starting range for this position is $26.26 to $28.70 per hour. It's a permanent, full-time role (38 hours per week), with the following schedule: Tuesday & Wednesday, 7am-3pm, Thursday 3pm-11pm, Friday & Saturday 11pm-7am.
