Key Objectives
  • Work closely with the Construction & Workface Planning team to capture field data accurately and efficiently.
  • Develop comprehensive reports based on field data to support project progress tracking and decision-making.
  • Assist in document control and data archiving to ensure information is organized and accessible.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team and assist with reporting and documentation tasks.
  • Support the Project Controls Manager as directed to maintain project control functions effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Capture, validate, and enter field data into designated spreadsheets or databases for progress tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Develop and generate reports as required by project stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with document control tasks, including filing, version control, and data archiving to maintain organized project records.
  • Collaborate with the project team to gather information and ensure reports meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Support the Project Controls Manager in maintaining project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and information flow.
Qualifications / Experience
  • Minimum of three years of proven experience in a similar project coordination role within the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Graduation from an accredited technical training program is an asset.
  • Progressively working towards a PMP designation is preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry, particularly within a project environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships within a diverse team.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Share Point.
