Job Description

Allied Universal is seeking Incident Reporting Security Operator in Waterloo, Ontario.

Job Title: Incident Reporting Security Operator
Location: Waterloo, ON
Type: Part Time
Pay Rate: $ 25.23 per hour
Shifts: Open Availability including days, weekends and Overnights
Mandatory : Must have 5 years continuous residency in Canada

Overview :

We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented Incident Reporting Security Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining security and safety by monitoring and reporting incidents, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and responding to emergencies

Responsibilities :

• Global Alarm Monitoring

• Threat Assessment

• Incident Report-Writing

• Professional Email Correspondence

• Monitor the CCTV cameras and provide access

• Conduct regular inspections of security systems and equipment.

• Dispatch

Requirement :

• Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
• 1-2 years of experience working in a security operations center
• Ability to obtain site specific security clearance.
• Open availability for rotational shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to operate technology and wireless communication systems at client-specific sites.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
