Job Summary
I'm looking in to hiring one Part-Time RPN, with the start date of October 2/2024:
- Mondays + Wednesdays + Fridays: 9am-5pm!
- IN CASE you're wondering, increasing these hours to Full-time hours are NOT planned in the foreseeable future!
- Additional patients' care coverage, as part of being registered in a FHO (Family Health Organization) as follow -> Two Wednesday evening clinics per month: 1-8pm + One Friday evening clinic, every three months: 1-8pm + One Sunday afternoon clinic, every six months: 1-4pm!

Applicants: Please BE considerate of my time... I'm a super busy Family Doc, with 2x young children!
- If you hope that this position will evolve to a Full-time one, don’t apply. It will remain Part-Time!
- If you think you would get ‘stressed out’ in a high activity environment with large volume of incoming patients, phone calls, faxes, etc…, don’t apply. Those who like working in a busy clinic can thrive here!

- If you're UNABLE to commit to a minimum of 12x months' work at my solo Family Medicine clinic, as the appropriate RPN training alone in this line of work would take at least 6x months of my time, please then be kind and DO NOT apply!
- RPN qualifications need to have been completed in Canada + active + with good standing with Nurses' college!
Ideal Candidate
- Has received and is up-to-date on their COVID-19 vaccines + boosters!
- Is reliable. Will consistently show up to work on-time and is committed to their work!
- Is a dedicated nurse (as per above), since time is a resource of which I have very little!
- If you are planning on focusing on your business, want a side gig only, will likely have another job lined up soon, plan to move away from London, do not live in London and may/may not be able to commute to work here (my clinic's 3min drive from downtown, London), please scroll and DON'T apply to this job!
- Is confident in working with Electronic Medical Records (ours is Accuro), is tech savvy, AND enjoys working in a fast-paced and gratifying (from serving the community's health needs, especially during the Pandemic) environment!
- Can keep cool and efficient when clinic/phone lines are busy!
- Is a fast learner and applies learned knowledge to everyday tasks!
- Is professional with patients and colleagues. Is kind and helpful, and especially with some of the patients who are ESL and may have limited English speaking skills!
- Is organized and able to sustain focus while paying attention to details!
- Takes accountability, responsibility, and is honest!
- Shows efficiency in establishing positive and accurate communication with patients and colleagues!
- Does not throw shade or gets sassy with others!
- Is kind and contributes to a positive, non-toxic, and drama-free work environment!
