We are looking for_ Sales Operational Support_ person to join our team. This individual will be responsible for assisting the sales team in managing existing and potential customer accounts.
Responsibilities:

Understand and apply knowledge surrounding inventory levels and manufacturing schedules to support local and international customers/operations.
Assist with receiving and coordinating tool orders, as required.
Assist with incident reporting and evaluating damages and preparing damage reports, as required.
Assist with managing customer accounts.
Effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Provide customers with any required information, such as Incoming/outgoing Service Reports, documentation, Packing Slips, Fishing Diagrams, Power Curves, Jar Settings, etc.

Qualifications:

Previous Oil and Gas equipment experience and knowledge.
Knowledge of downhole tools – specifically drilling motors, is an asset.
Computer literate – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Previous knowledge of ERP systems is an asset.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Customer focused with keen attention to detail.
Appreciation for urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to occasionally take phone calls after hours.
