Key Responsibilities
1. Comment Management and Engagement
· Actively manage official social media accounts, ensuring timely, professional, and engaging responses to comments and direct messages.
· Assess and determine the optimal interaction style (official replies vs. user-style responses) to stimulate meaningful discussions.
· Monitor and participate in trending conversations across platforms to maintain a dynamic brand presence and relevance.
2. Community Building and Sustained Activity
· Develop and nurture a vibrant community by fostering organic discussions on platforms like Discord, Reddit, and other social media channels.
· Establish and manage supplementary user accounts to encourage multi-level engagement and maintain activity on key discussions.
· Strategically seed conversations and maintain engagement momentum, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
3. Platform-Specific Strategies
· Tailor content and engagement tactics to suit platform-specific characteristics and audiences (e.g., Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Discord servers, Reddit subreddits, etc.);
· Leverage platform tools, such as trending topics, tags, or special features, to amplify visibility and engagement.
· Identify and adopt emerging platform trends to innovate and refine operational strategies.
Qualifications
1. Professional Skills
· 1+ years of experience in social media management or community engagement, with proven expertise in platforms like Discord, Reddit, Instagram, Tik Tok, and others.
· Exceptional communication and creative writing skills, capable of crafting engaging content tailored to various audience profiles.
· Keen understanding of online trends and the ability to translate them into actionable engagement strategies.
2. Technical Abilities
· Proficient with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and community tools (e.g., Discord moderation bots, Reddit analytics);
· Strong data analysis skills to track performance metrics and refine strategies accordingly.
3. Personal Attributes
· Highly adaptable and quick to respond to community interactions or emerging trends.
· Creative mindset with a knack for sparking and sustaining online discussions.
· Strong judgment to identify and implement the most effective engagement approaches while maintaining brand integrity.
INHDP
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
