Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of various social media channels, excellent communication skills, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing goals to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and manage published content across various platforms including Tiktok and Instagram.
Conduct thorough research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitive analysis to inform content creation.
Proofread all content to ensure accuracy and maintain brand voice.
Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in an e-commerce environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for engagement.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite; experience with graphic design is a plus.
Excellent research skills to stay updated on industry trends and audience behavior.
Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
A passion for social media trends, digital marketing, and brand storytelling.
