We currently seek a highly motivated Spa Attendant to join our dynamic and award winning team.
The Spa Attendant maintains cleanliness and service levels which exceed guests' expectations in accordance with five diamond service levels.
Weekend availability is required.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Guest Change Room Tidying:

• Pick up dirty linens and sandals from both change rooms
• Re-stock towels and robes in locks and near whirlpool
• Re-stock amenities near bathroom sinks including fingertip towels
• Check shampoo, conditioner and body wash level and replace accordingly in the showers
• Empty trash cans both in the bathrooms and main change room if needed
• Re-stock laundry bags and disposable bottoms
• Disinfect sandals, sort and store away
• Swiffer floors, wet or dry, as needed
• Windex mirrors as needed
• Make sure that sauna and whirlpools are on at all times
• Clean counter tops, mirrors and showers frequently
• Change Barbicide for hair brushes as needed

Maintaining Service and Whirlpool Area:

• Remove dirty plates and mugs
• Replenish tea, coffee, sugar, water, juice, milk, cream and china as needed
• Prepare lunch and drink orders for guests as requested.
• Clean counter tops and floors in treatment rooms not being used

Retail Shelves:

• Dust
• Make sure all product and boxes are aligned and facing outward
• Re-stock products as needed
• Re fold clothing as needed
• Perform other duties as required
• Being up to date on security policies and emergency procedures.
• Prioritizing of tasks
• Alerting Maintenance or Housekeeping when necessary.
• Aware of all activities going on in the Spa and throughout the property
• Any other duties as may be assigned.

Minimum Knowledge and Skills Required

• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize in constantly changing environment.
• Smart Serve certified, required

Work Conditions and Physical Requirements

• Fast paced environment – must be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and attention to detail
• Flexible with scheduling, available to work weekends
• This position is physically demanding and involves a combination of standing, walking, carrying laundry, standing for extended periods of time, bending, crouching and kneeling
