Description:

Agilus is recruiting for a Sr. Deployment/Product Content Specialist in the Retail Industry in Mississauga, Ontario.

The Sr. Deployment/Product Content Specialist oversees the planning and delivery of essential site experiences, including seasonal events, new programs, brand pages, and corporate initiatives. They create and manage customer experiences through collaboration with key stakeholders like merchants, marketing, and technology. Success in this role hinges on improving site metrics related to brand discoverability, navigation, conversion rates, customer loyalty, and satisfaction

A typical day:

Utilize data from web analytics, customer research, and industry reports to enhance customer satisfaction across various categories and initiatives
Develop digital experiences that align with corporate marketing and brand strategies, reflecting core messages on companies website
Brief delivery teams on requirements for executing experiences, managing the process from strategy to deployment
Collaborate with tech teams to implement automation for personalized, data-driven site experiences that foster long-term customer loyalty
Use A/B testing to inform future site experiences and support data-driven decision-making
Research and maintain best practices for digital and mobile experiences
Coordinate efforts with senior leadership in Merchandising, Marketing, and Technology for integrated strategies.
Manage the CMS repository to ensure easy access and organization of content, facilitating efficient site maintenance

The successful candidate brings:

Knowledge/Skills: Expertise in web analytics and customer research
Problem Solving: Creates comprehensive solutions and thrives in an agile environment.
Communication: Skilled in persuading and presenting data and site experiences
Experience: Previous site merchandising and deployment experience preferred
Minimum Experience: 2 years required

Total rewards:

$30.00 hourly
Contract position until January 31, 2025 with possibility of extension
Hybrid: 2 to 3 days in office
